I was in the Photo Lab on the Nimitz, 1979-83. 2 Med cruises, North Atlantic, Caribbean cruises, and of course that Indian Ocean cruise! Got to see the world, just as they promised! I am looking to visit the Nimitz while in port. I believe she is now in Everett WA? Any idea who to contact or how I go about contacting someone to visit. Sure would like to show her off to my kids and wife! My home for 3 years! Thanks, Karl

Does any one know how I could get a replacement Plank Owner certificate? Mine was destroyed in the Windsor Colorado tornado.

I was a ship fitter on NIMITZ prior to the island being moved and welded in place. After VietNam I became a member of the PRECOMUNIT NIMITZ (CVAN-68). I worked in the Reactor Department as a 2nd Class Yeoman. I am currently retired as a YNC.

,Committing to attend the upcoming Reunion in Pensacola and hoping that many of you will be able to make the event. As a Plank Owner of the Medical Department it would be really nice to see as many of my old friends and patients as possible.
